Application

The general purpose ultrasonic switch and controller provides non-contact level detection up to 24.6' (7.5 m) with 3 SPDT 60 VA 1A relays. EchoSwitch II features an LCD display with digital push button configuration. Each relay can be configured on a single set point alarm or latched on two set points for automatic fill or empty in simplex, duplex or triplex control modes with integral timer delay. The switch is well suited for a broad range of corrosive, waste and slurry type media. EchoSwitch II is broadly selected for atmospheric day tank, pump lift station and sump applications.

The integral three channel controller has powerful automation features including advanced pump and alarm control logic designed for day tank, process vessel and waste sump applications. From alarms to automatic fill or empty, pump duplexing and run dry protection, EchoSwitch II does it all. It's level made simple.

Configuration


EchoSwitch II can be configured before installation. The switch features a non-volatile memory preventing set points from being lost even when the switch is powered down. Configuration is simple using the three push buttons (Up, Down and Select) and built-in LCD display. All you need to configure the switch is tank height, maximum fill height and the measured distances from the bottom of the tank to each set point. The EchoSwitch II configuration accepts several units of measure including inches, centimeters, feet or meters.
